一、Error 56: The Cisco Systems, Inc. VPN Service has not been started

在使用思科vpn的時候，啟動vpn的時候，經常遇到“Error 56: The Cisco Systems, Inc. VPN Service has not been started”這個錯誤。每次都是解除安裝vpn客戶端重灌才能解決。後來乾脆重灌也無法解決這個問題了。

網上搜索了一下，在下面的網址找到了問題解決的方案：

vpn service在系統服務中名為Cisco System, Inc. VPN Service(cvpnd)，異常情況下，該服務時停止的，並且手動啟動該服務後沒幾秒，就被kill了。根據Zhigang Wu的指導，cvpnd服務是被Internet Connection Sharing(ICS)服務kill掉的。因此，我們需要如下操作：

1.將Internet Connection Sharing服務型別設定為手動。

2.停止Internet Connection Sharing服務。

3.啟動Cisco System, Inc. VPN Service。

4.啟動Internet Connection Sharing服務。

現在，cvpnd可以正常啟動了，vpn客戶端也可以正常使用了。

另外，如果在連線的時候，報了無法啟用虛擬網絡卡的錯誤，需要先取消物理網絡卡的共享，再連就OK了。

二、Error 442: failed to enable virtual adapter./啟用虛擬介面卡失敗

1. Try rebooting the computer and then try connecting again/嘗試重啟機器並且重新連線

2. Uninstall and reinstall /解除安裝並且重灌
- Control Panel - Programs and Features/控制面板-新增刪除程式
- Select Partners Cisco Systems VPN Client and select uninstall/選擇Cisco VPN 客戶端,並且選擇刪除
- Restart the computer/ 重啟機器
- Then load the client again./ 重新安裝Cisco VPN 客戶端.

3. Another possible fix for this Cisco bug is to perform the following steps:/ 另外一個可能的修復方法
- Control Panel - Network and Internet/ 控制面板-網路
- Open Network and Sharing Center/ 開啟網路中心

- Open Network Connection Manager /開啟網路連線管理
- Enable the virtual adapter ("Cisco VPN Adapter") /啟用Cisco 虛擬網絡卡
- Right click on it and select "Diagnose" /右鍵點選虛擬網絡卡並選擇分析
- Select Fix / 選擇修復

三、Error 440: Driver Failure

Resolution/解決
Usually related to Deterministic Network Enhancer /通常和DNE驅動相關.

DNE suggestion - you can manually add the service to the local area connection. / DNE的建議-你可以手動新增此服務到本地連線裡.

Control Panel - Network and Internet /控制面板-網路選項
- Open Network and Sharing Center /開啟網路中心
- Open Manage Network Connection /開啟網路連線管理
- Right click on the Local Area Connection/ 右鍵單擊本地連線
- Select Install /選擇安裝
- Select Service /選擇服務
- Select Have Disk/ 從磁碟安裝
- Select browse and browse to c:\program files\common\Deterministic Networks\DNE\dne2000/ 定位到這個位置.
- Select Open /選擇開啟

四、Error 413: User Authentication Failed

Resolution/解決

If the user receives this error message before being prompted to put in their password: /如果使用者收到這個錯誤資訊在輸入密碼之前
1. Close the Cisco VPN Client, re-launch and try again. /關閉Cisco VPN 客戶端,重新啟動這個軟體.
2. If step 1 doesn't work, please reboot and try again. (note: this has worked in several cases)/ 如果第一招不管用, 請重啟機器(這種方法可以解決大部分的問題)

If the user receives this error message after putting in their password: /如果使用者收到這個錯誤資訊在輸入密碼之前,
1. The User will need to contact their admin for a password issue./ 他需要聯絡他的上級領導.

五、Error 56: The Cisco Systems, Inc. VPN Service has not been started

Resolution/解決

這一般是服務沒有啟用的問題，如果服務啟用後會自動停止，檢查一下Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)服務是否啟用，如果啟用試著把這個服務停止，再啟動Cisco Systems, Inc. VPN Service服務；如果ICS沒有啟用或仍然無法解決，就解除安裝客戶端並重裝，一般使用自動解除安裝並清除登錄檔資訊，以下是手工解除安裝的方法：

(1)開啟regedit
(2)刪除HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Cisco Systems > VPN Client
(3)刪除HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Deterministic Networks
(4)刪除HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Uninstall > {5624c000-b109-11d4-9db4-00e0290fcac5}.
(5)刪除HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > RunOnce > CISCOREBOOTFLAG
(6)在工作管理員，關掉cvpnd.exe程序
(7)刪除安裝目錄（C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client；C:\Program Files\Common Files\Deterministic Networks）
(8)刪除舊的DNE檔案（%systemroot%\system32\drivers\dne2000.sys;%systemroot%\inf \dne2000m.inf及dne2000m.pnf;%systemroot%\system32\dneinobj.dll）
(9)刪除%systemroot%\system32\drivers\cvpndrv.sys和cvpndrva.sys
(10)重啟機器，取消發現新硬體的安裝；
(11)將system32目錄下CSGina.dll重新命名CSGina.old;
(12)重啟機器，安裝最新版本的Cisco VPN Client;
【注意：進行以上操作後，如果仍然失敗，那要刪除臨時檔案setup.exe，再刪除Deterministic Network Enhancer：刪除或不勾選本地連線中的 Deterministic Network Enhancer】
