我在WebRoot下面建立了resourse資料夾，裡面放三個資料夾css/js/images

但是在jsp頁面中使用<img src="resourse/images/flower8.jpg"> 可以讀取檔案，

但是在css中要使用background:url(../images/icon1.gif) no-repeat 5px 7px 來讀取，上面的方法不可以。難以理解為什麼

以下的方法可以用來限制上傳圖片比例的問題。。。
