SVN Update Failed: Please execute the 'Cleanup' command
在用SVN 下載程式碼時候，因為一直沒有下載進度，直接點選了cancel，中斷了checkout，下載動作沒有完成，導致本地存在鎖定狀態沒有釋放。在重新update更新時候報出以下錯誤：
Working copy 'E:\SVN' locked.
'E:\SVN' is already locked.
Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.解決方法：選擇需要更新的資料夾右鍵，TortoiseSVN-clean up（將break block勾選）後即可重新下載和更新。
