用管理員運行程序，然後再通過菜單打開仿真文件是沒問題。
解決方法：
通常的安裝目錄是C:\Program Files (x86)\Labcenter Electronics\Proteus 8 Professional，把安裝目錄下的LIBRARY文件夾的安全屬性改成用戶可寫即可，原因是WIN7下的programfiles目錄下的子目錄都是管理員才可以寫
需要註意：
必須使用管理員身份運行，然後再使用菜單打開仿真，才能保證仿真成功運行。
