See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5527160148197376 for more details在2017年3月14日發表的Google Chrome 57版本中，為了延長筆記本電池使用壽命，加入了對於Javascript定時器的限制，原先的設定是1秒鐘最多1次，現在的限制則更加嚴格，對於不在前臺顯示的標籤頁，直接限制其使用的CPU不能超過一個核心的1%，只有當你把這個標籤頁切換回前臺時，才能正常工作，這就是上面那一行字的意思。

如果想取消這個限制，可以在瀏覽器位址列輸入chrome://flags，然後找到Throttle expensive background timers，把它禁用就可以
