Failed: error connecting to db server: server returned error on SASL authentication step: Authentication failed.
需要添加--authenticationDatabase admin

Usage:
mongodump <options>
Export the content of a running server into .bson files.
Specify a database with -d and a collection with -c to only dump that database or collection.
