執行這個cmd命令
如果.net4.0下程序設置tls1.2
ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = (SecurityProtocolType)192 |(SecurityProtocolType)768 | (SecurityProtocolType)3072;
並且安裝4.5即可
win2008 r2 開啟TLS1.2
