Oracle Sqlplus中上下鍵出現^[[A亂碼問題
安裝rlwrap
環境準備：
下載：http://utopia.knoware.nl/~hlub/uck/rlwrap/

需要先安裝readline，否則會報一下錯誤：Youneed the GNU readline library(ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/readline/ ) to build thisprogram!
