場景描述：在Azure上新創建虛擬機默認是UTC時區的,因為業務在國內,所以要修改在CST
註：協調世界時（英語：Coordinated Universal Time，法語：Temps Universel Coordonné，簡稱UTC）是最主要的世界時間標準，其以原子時秒長為基礎，在時刻上盡量接近於格林尼治標準時間;

You can make this change permanent for yourself by appending the line

to the file ‘.profile‘ in your home directory; then log out and log in again.

Azure虛擬機時區修改方法三：
描述：直接使用shanghai時區文件覆蓋

[root@test ~]# cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Shanghai /etc/localtime
[root@test ~]# hwclock
[root@test ~]# reboot

註釋：
a. 在/usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia下存放是各國時區的文件
b. /etc/localtime主要是redhat、centos系統控制時區的文件,/etc/timezone主要是ubuntu
