WebSphere 控制檯打不開，報錯：Couldn't flush user prefs

錯誤體現在此時dmgr是開啟的，但是控制檯無法開啟。同時也無法關閉節點。
解決方法：這個錯誤是由於在建立管理概要、應用概要的時候沒有顯式的指定hostname。hostname即為linux主機名。如果是叢集的情況，還需要將主機資訊配置到 /etc/hosts 檔案中。
