安裝緩慢在首選項裡：

Install/Update ——>> Avaliable Software Sites ——>> 只保留要下載的，其他的先勾掉

建議線上安裝：

1、檢視eclipse版本：Help–>About Eclipse

2、版本url地址可直接複製網址，不需要點選，點選反而是下載.
        4.6版本：http://dist.springsource.com/release/TOOLS/update/e4.6/
        4.5版本：http://dist.springsource.com/release/TOOLS/update/e4.5/
3、複製好網址後，開啟eclipse–>help–>install new software,按下圖提示，next下一步，直至安裝成功。

4、安裝成功後，開啟選單windows ——> preferences,出現如下圖則表示成功。

不過還是建議spring專案使用STS開發方便，減少不必要的問題。
