hdfs-site.xml的第二三個設定，以及core-site.xml的第二個設定，要設定一下檔案系統資訊的目錄，像我這裡就是/Users/shen/tmp

它預設似乎放在系統目錄下，似乎因為許可權問題需要重新格式化。
