從pip 裡安裝發現如下出錯：

要解決這個問題，只能到網站：

下載地址：http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/

下載到檔案：Twisted-17.5.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl

然後安裝：pip install Twisted-17.5.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl

這樣才可以安裝成功。

最後就可以安裝： pip install scrapy

在執行的過程中，需要pywin32, 可以使用下面命令安裝：

pip install pypiwin32
