大多兩步搞定！！！
1.雙擊tomcat服務，進入下面介面
紅色選項不要打鉤
2.在tomcat 裡找到~\conf\Catalina\localhost 目錄下有個XXXX.xml檔案 ，刪除xxxx.xml檔案重啟tomcat
