首先執行以下2條命令：

sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager
sudo apt-get install compiz-plugins

大家從名字上就可以辨別出這兩個packages是幹嘛的了吧，第一個只是設定的管理軟體，只有少量的設定項，安裝完成compiz-plugins會出現很多高階設定選項。百度來的所有國人文章，全部都是隻安裝compizconfig-settings-manager，然後到window manager中找到statice application switcher。。。。。根本就沒有，這個在plugin中。。。。再次吐槽下，坑爹啊。

安裝完成以上兩package後，就容易了。按alt + f2 輸入ccsm 執行compizconfig-settings-manager程式。
如果不可執行，可到下面中找到程式執行：
Applications -> System tools -> preferences -> compizconfig settings manager

在desktop中找到Ubuntu Unity Plugin 選擇switcher選項卡，取消 alt-tab 和 shift-alt-tab（"Key to start the switcher" 和 "Key to switch to the previous window in the Switcher"），然後點選back。

在"Window management"中找到"Static Application Switcher" 使之有效，並設定"Next window (All windows)" 和 "Prev window (All windows)" 的快捷鍵分別為alt-tab 和 shift-alt-tab。

關閉compizconfig settings manager ，又可以快速在各個應用中切換了，
