I'm wondering how folks here suss out when the right time to switch teams/projects might be. How do you identify when you've learned all you can from a engineering team or project? Or is the idea that a project can ever be depleted of valuable lessons a flawed perspective to begin with? I ask because I graduated out of a junior software engineering role about a year ago, and I'm curious about what progress looks like as a software engineering career continues to unfold.
