The Java preference panel in macOS just notified me that there's an update to Java 10 (supposedly version 10.0.99). I proceeded to "update", but it didn't actually install a new version. Instead, it asked me to remove my "outdated" version 10.0.2. I agreed to it, but the "installer" didn't end up installing a new version 10.0.99 after uninstalling 10.0.2. I also can't find the supposed version 10.0.99 on Oracle's website. The download links for JRE and JDK 10.0.2 dmg files are also dead now. So now I'm left without a JRE/JDK that I can freely use for commercial purpose (JDK 11 is licensed differently).
