int zmq_errno (void);
Description
函式zmq_errno() 會返回errno變數的值給呼叫此函式的執行緒。
zmq_errno() 函式時為了幫助使用非POSIX系統的使用者直接地獲取當前errno的值來解決問題的。尤其對於使用特殊C執行時連結庫的Win32使用者，當ZMQ使用這些庫的時候需要使用zmq_errno() 來進行當前的操作。
不需要取回errno當前值的使用者不應該使用這個函式，而是應該直接對errno的值進行操作。
Return value
zmq_errno()函式會返回errno的當前值給呼叫此函式的執行緒。
