說明
在專案中，經常會遇到在前端頁面展示使用者自己上傳的圖片。當部分圖片尺寸過大，頁面圖片過多的情況下（如論壇裡需要顯示使用者頭像），會引起頁面載入緩慢的問題。由於使用者圖片已儲存導資料庫，無法改變庫裡的圖片大小，只能在獲取圖片路徑時，壓縮圖片
