apt-get install libssl-dev

或者參考http://www.cnblogs.com/lilidun/p/6041198.html 省去setup的安裝，直接yum install openssl-devel 繼續重新編譯安裝python3.5

最後使用python3 -m pip install tensorflow測試pip是否成功
