錯誤: 必須限制口令檔案讀取訪問 jmxremote.password

can happen if the owner of jmxremote.password is not the same as the current user (e.g. ownership is set to a group of users, like “Administrators”): 
To check this, right click on the file, select “Properties”, switch to the “Security” tab, click on “Advanced”, switch to the tab “Owner”, select your username from the list and click on “Apply”.

說的簡單點就是把屬主改為當前使用者。並且去除其他人的訪問許可權
