1、開啟myeclipse

2、新建工程：點選右鍵----New----Web Project ,新建一個名為springMvc工程,引入jar包，bulid path.

3、編寫web.xml檔案

4、新建spring-base.xml檔案，根據web.xml檔案中路徑新建spring-base.xml檔案，在src資料夾下新建spring的package,在該包下新建一個spring-base.xml檔案，檔案中內容為：

5、新建檔案dispatcherServlet-servlet.xml，在WebRoot資料夾下新建dispatcherServlet-servlet.xml檔案，內容如下：

6、接下來新建controller，在src下新建  com.mycontroller的package，在該包下新建MyController.java檔案，內容：

7、新建jsp頁面，根據dispatcherServlet-servlet.xml檔案中的路徑，在WEB-INF資料夾下新建view資料夾，在view資料夾中新建helloworld.jsp檔案，內容：

8、啟動Tomcat，瀏覽器訪問http://localhost:8080/springMvc/helloworld/hello.action
