解決辦法：
修改spring-datasource.xml配置檔案，不用org.springframework.beans.factory.config.PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer配置方式，改成用<context:property-placeholder/>載入方式。
例如：
<context:property-placeholder order="0" location="classpath:/spring/jdbc.properties" ignore-unresolvable="true"/>
修改後，從起專案，成功重啟。
