剛開始使用Android Studio, 使用的是紅米Note 3 , MIUI 7.3 ，Run時，app安裝不到手機上，提示：

Installation failed with message Failed to establish session.

It is possible that this issue is resolved by uninstalling an existing version of the apk if it is present, and then re-installing.

解決方法：

開發者選項介面中，最後一排有個- -“啟用MIUI優化” ，預設是開啟，把這個選項關掉，會提醒重啟，重啟後就好了
