python 簡明教程上沒有windows下備份檔案的例子，於是我修改了一下：

target_dir = r'D:\pythonfile' # Remember to change this to what you will be using

target = target_dir + time.strftime('%Y%m%d%H%M%S') + '.rar'
# 5. We use the rar command in windows to put the files in a zip archive,you must to be sure  you have installed WinRARA and that in your path

# Run the backup

你一定要將WinRAR的路徑放到你的環境變數裡面，然後才能直接使用WinRAR命令列。

或者你要加上WinRAR的安裝路徑像這樣：

rar_command = r'"C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe" A %s %s -r' % (target,source)
