我因為是在class.php型別檔案require('tcpdf/pdf.php');  //注意自己的檔案路徑

所以在report.class.php中新增：

         $pdf->setPrintHeader(true); //設定列印頁首
         $pdf->setPrintFooter(true); //設定列印頁尾

（如果新增在  $pdf->AddPage();前，則是從上一個頁面開始，如果實在其之後，則是從下一頁面開始顯示）
