在安裝完成後在python中驗證安裝：

可能出現的問題：

在import torch時出現 from torch._C import * ImportError: DLL load failed: 找不到指定的模塊 的錯誤

原因是缺少一些dll文件，通過以下幾步來解決：

1.下載 win-64/intel-openmp-2018.0.0-8.tar.bz2

2.將其解壓，並將其Library/bin文件夾中的dll文件全部放入python所在目錄的DLLs文件夾下（例如C:\Users\qin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python35\DLLs）

3.將上面的路徑添加進環境變量path中。
