網路判斷自動載入介面

Android 開發網路判斷,有網路自動載入網路資料,沒有網路時顯示容錯頁和一個警示條,類似於QQ介面的警示條
QQ介面沒有網路時顯示

一.寫個工具類,獲取手機是否有網路並獲取網路型別

二.通過廣播獲取網路連線動作,然後通過一個介面回撥將網路連線狀態回撥到Activity
