conda 安裝caffe 缺少libprotobuf python3.6

caffe 安裝記錄

在conda中安裝caffe,準確的說是編譯caffe,最重要的一件事情就是認真修改Makefile.config。

git clone一個caffe目錄

  1. python是miniconda3中pytorch環境下的python3.6
  2. protobuf用的miniconda3中pytorch換進內的版本
  3. 用的是opencv3
  4. 如果遇到libprotobuf.so.14找不到,可以用下列命令 (make runtest時可能會碰到)
    export LD_PRELOAD=/home/xxx/miniconda3/envs/pytorch/lib/libprotobuf.so.14
  5. 如果遇到其他什麼lib找不到,可以用下列命令
    export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib:/home/bear/miniconda3/envs/pytorch/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
    方法是: 用locate找下一缺失的lib,比如locate libprotobuf.so.14,檢視列印結果,如果有conda字樣的路徑,則優先使用該路徑,如上文中的/home/bear/miniconda3/envs/pytorch/lib。
    如果沒有conda路徑,那麼考慮在conda內安裝對應的程式,比如conda install libprotobuf, conda install protobuf

  6. make的時候要啟用對應的conda環境,比如source activate pytorch

caffe 使用注意

cd /home/work/caffe #就是caffe的目錄
source activate pytorch
然後就可以執行各種demo了

如出現lib找不到的情況,請參照“caffe安裝記錄”中4,5條的解決方案。個人覺得第5條更好點。
