How to get the AQL Editor in place?
Sorry - just happened to see the documentation of the text toolkit - in one of the paragraphs they have mentioned the details about the editor installation:-
"opt Contains the Eclipse plugins for AQL development. The plugins require
Eclipse 3.4 or Eclipse 3.6. They do not need to be installed to use the
operator; however, they might be useful for developing AQL files. The
version of tooling provided in this toolkit is the same tooling used by
BigInsights 1.3.
When installing the plugins from Eclipse click Help > Install New
Software > Add > Choose Local > $STREAMS_INSTALL/toolkits/
com.ibm.streams.text/opt/eclipse. Clear the Group items by category
check box.
The plugins provide syntax highlighting for AQL files and other AQL
development help. To enable these features, right-click on the project and
select Add BigInsights Nature. Of particular use is the regular expression
builder, which is available via a right click from a context where a regular
expression is expected. The AQL regular expression builder provides an
interface for building regular expressions, including buttons to select
character classes and a regular expression tester. For additional help, see
the built-in help center. For more information see Features in the IBM
InfoSphere™ BigInsights Information Center."
