我在設定本地SMTP發信服務（ASPEMAIL）的時候，系統返回錯誤資訊:
Persits.MailSender.4 (0x800A0006)
550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for ×××@×××.×××
查了一下資訊，這是SMTP伺服器拒絕服務引起的，按照資料提供的資訊，
我進入“系統管理”－－>“Service and Applications”----->"Internet Information Service"
在"Default SMTP Virtual Server"上點選右鍵，進入“property”--->"Access"----"Relay restrictions"
然後選中“All except the list below”和最下邊的
"Allow all computers where successfully authenticate to relay ,regarless of the list above"
，這樣就OK了
