Add Binary

Given two binary strings, return their sum (also a binary string).

For example, a = “11” b = “1”
Return “100”.

題目的意思也是比較簡單，兩個二進位制陣列相加，如果兩個陣列都已經加完還有進位的話，則要在最前面加’1’
