今天使用dbua升級了原來一個11.2.0.4的資料庫，升級較慢3個多小時，但升級比較順利。 不過在後面將11g的資料庫插入

到12c中出錯    

 create pluggable database wool using '/home/oracle/xd.xml' nocopy;
create pluggable database wool using '/home/oracle/xd.xml' nocopy

在升級完後，跑完fix指令碼後，以open read only模式開啟資料庫，使用dbms_pdb.describe生成xml檔案後，就不要開啟資料庫了，或者需要開啟，開啟完重新read only 生成xml檔案
