Almost every phone in the country should receive the message – making a sound when they get it, even if they are on mute, and with notifications even showing on smart watches – and they should get it only once. It's possible some will get it later, since it is being broadcast for half an hour. The I.F.O. is fuelled by eight electric engines, which is able to push the flying object to an estimated top speed of about 120mph.
